Order Processing
All orders are processed only once full payment has been received and reflected in our bank account or confirmed in-store. Orders are not shipped or delivered until payment has been completed in full.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We ship both within South Africa and internationally.

Shipping Fees
All prices displayed on our website exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are calculated separately and will be communicated to the customer before dispatch. For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import charges, and clearance fees.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services, destination, and external factors beyond our control.

DND Lux is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Collection of Orders
Customers who choose to collect their orders in person must do so within 2 to 3 business days after full payment. Fully paid orders not collected within 7 days may result in the right of return being forfeited.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection or delivery. Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer only once full payment has been received.
Damaged or Missing Items
All deliveries must be signed for and inspected upon receipt. Any claims for damaged items, missing items, or tampered packaging must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must notify us by telephone and follow up with written confirmation. Visible damage to packaging must be noted on the delivery note or waybill, and photographic evidence must be provided.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. DND Lux will not be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
