At D&D Luxury, authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. Every item undergoes a strict verification process before it even reaches our shelves. For added peace of mind, each purchase includes a third-party certificate of authenticity.

How Do You Authenticate the Items You Sell?

We implement a rigorous, multi-step authentication process. Each item undergoes a meticulous examination by our in-house team of highly-qualified luxury experts. Each item is carefully inspected by our in-house team of highly experienced luxury experts. Their extensive knowledge of designer goods enables them to carry out detailed evaluations and brand-specific checks. To further guarantee authenticity, every item is also verified by an independent third-party. A certificate of authenticity is provided with each purchase.

Will My Purchase Include the Original Packaging and Documentation?

We do our best to offer a complete luxury experience, and that often includes the original box, dust bag, or paperwork. However, not all pre-owned items come with their original packaging.

Do you Accept Returns?

Yes, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return Period: Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a credit or exchange (your choice).
Item Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when purchased.
Shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable, insured service, as the item remains your responsibility until received by D&D Luxury.
Credits/Exchanges: Credits or exchanges will be issued for the original purchase price of the item.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your payment has been received in full, we will send you a tracking number for your parcel.

How Long Will Delivery Take Within South Africa?

We offer both in-store collection (once payment clears) and door-to-door delivery.

Major Cities: 2–3 business days
Outlying Areas: May take slightly longer

Will My Order Be Insured During Shipping?

Absolutely. All purchases are shipped with comprehensive insurance, including standard ground delivery. This ensures your valuables are protected from dispatch to delivery.

Do You Negotiate On Price?

No. Our pricing is fixed and non-negotiable. We aim to price our items fairly and competitively from the outset.

Does My Product Come With a Warranty?

D&D Luxury does not provide warranties, unless the item includes a valid manufacturer’s warranty. In some cases, we may be able to provide a dealer-stamped warranty card, which will entitle you to the manufacturer’s standard warranty. All warranty claims must be handled directly with the brand or manufacturer.
